As a mobile practice, we are on the road throughout the day caring for our patients.
When we are with a patient, we give our undivided attention to that patient and thus won’t be immediately reachable by phone.
If you have a question about your pet or need more immediate assistance during regular business hours, please text or email as we can often provide a more immediate response.
Please fill out the new client registration form and practice policies prior to the appointment.
To provide continuity of care, please forward any of your pet’s previous medical records prior to the first visit. This includes proof of rabies vaccination.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 24 hours’ notice so the appointment time can be used for another patient. Cancellations within 24 hours or an inability to gain access to the patient may be subject to a $75 fee.
Let’s coordinate a good day and time.
“Dr. Shumaker took the best care of Sadie, our first Labrador of the family. Her consultation when Sadie got sick was kind and compassionate and she even went out of her way to help us communicate it to our kids. I cannot say enough good things about her high level of care and her genuine kindness to animals.”
